REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact. To initiate a return, contact us at myfernofficial@gmail.com with your order details.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Fern reserves the right to decline a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.
