EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Exchange Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery, subject to item availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. To request an exchange, contact us at myfernofficial@gmail.com.

Cancellation Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Cash on Delivery Customers who refuse a confirmed COD order at the time of delivery will no longer be eligible for the cash on delivery payment option on future orders.
